ProcessChecker is an instrument ensuring that liquor ratio, salt concentration and pH of each lot are within tight tolerances. If the dyebath fails the analysis, the required amounts of water, salt and/or alkali are calculated. It has been designed for the exhaust dyeing of cotton and other cellulosic fibres like viscose and linen. It is a key tool for achieving 'Blind dyeing'.
